Veeqo has opened up a whole lot of opportunities for us, and was the only platform that allowed us to link a shop epos (Vend) with multiple shopify stores. There are a few niggles as there are with any out of the box platform, but it's very powerful and currently free to use too!
The live chat help has been great over the year we have been using it - they have been able to sort out a lot of questions and any tech issues too.
Overall it's a platform that has a lot of potential and now it is well set up I'm looking forward to really starting to harness it's power.
So far, so good. Still testing the system but it looks like it will work for us longer term and being free, its got to be worth a try! Finding the inventory control very good, but rather disappointed that there is no longer the stock take functionality we wanted! Team have been extremely responsive, especially Josh who is always there to help me when I get stuck!
It would still be beneficial to use Veeqo with Shopify if this was your only channel. However, Veeqo comes into its own when you sell on other platforms and/or have other websites.
Managing inventory when selling on more than one platform is a nightmare. There is a significant danger of over selling which can only end in customer dissatisfaction.
Inventory management is key - but the outstanding feature that Veeqo offers is shipping and managing dispatch.
We sell on 3 of our own websites as well as eBay and Amazon. Orders come in to Veeqo automatically from all 5 sites allowing us to create pick lists instantly across all channels. You can also brand each packing slip/invoice different for each channel and allocate different shipping companies.
We use Royal Mail, UPS, UK Mail and DPD. Veeqo allow us to assign different types of orders to different couriers depending on an number of criteria. All shipping labels are created without any data entry ready for dispatch! Magic!
Great app and sync have some issues but support is always there through chat.
Started using this since few months and only had few hiccups but was able to sort this with chat help.
Manily use this for inventory sync and it worls well for me.
We use this to pick and pack our orders across numerous stores and it's made us a lot more efficient and has helped an awful lot. We have found there are quite a few bugs but the support team is really friendly, quick at replying and keen to help. Progress is continually being made and they are improving at a rapid rate. Best of all it's free!
Great app with really good potential, some bugs being ironed out but in terms of stock control between sites it really cannot be beaten and I have tried a few. In addition its free of charge and perfect for small business that don't have the budgets for enterprise level stock management tools. Worth the time investment to get setup and working I have moved to this for all my order. Great stuff!
Been using it for a short while, have to say, that we've had numerous issues that have needed support, through no fault of ours.
Initial sync of stores failed, so had to use csv files, which also failed, took support three days, and multiple attempts, to come up with solution. Further issues with csv files failing to update various information. CN22 customs form failed to print for Guernsey, still waiting for a resolution. Lots of other issues, which i can't be bothered to go into.
Basically, it'll work, but you'll probably need to be on to support quite regularly.
Very easy to use however the search bar in the order section can be a little temperamental.

We have shipped for years using the various shipping platforms and we have also used various inventory and multichannel solutions for years. So we know what works and what doesn't. That being said, we have so far found Veeqo to be everything they say it is. There as always some aspects of apps or software that some like and some don't, but we are pleased with Veeqo as of today. I would like a bit more flexibility on setting up the format of my invoices and packing slips, but that isn't a deal breaker for us by any means. As to inventory sync across the various channels, easy! And it works. Best of all, the price ... it blows the competition away price wise!
Veeqo is the solution I've been searching for for years. Every multi-channel aggregator I looked at was either outrageously expensive or cumbersome (or both). Veeqo solves my inventory sync issues, and its integration with Amazon Buy Shipping gives me all the convenience and seller protections I had on Amazon Seller Central.
There's a learning curve to any such software due to the complex nature of multi-channel aggregation, so be prepaid to study their support articles. But Veeqo is as understandable as anything I've looked at, and their support agents are refreshingly knowledgeable and responsive (Amazon, pay attention).
Veeqo continues to improve, and they frequently add functionality based on user feedback.
My multi-channel inventory is synced, and I'm getting fantastic rates from the major carriers. Veeqo is simply the best.
