As a single channel shopify eCommerce store, Veeqo is a really super cloud platform for a growing business struggling with the limitations of shopifys order management.

They have a hugely dedicated support team which you can actually talk to on the phone included with every package they offer, this is a massive bonus for solving ops headaches quickly and easily. Few other shopify app order management solutions offered this level of support for such a low price. The Facebook app style bubble chat function is so cool too. Entering cost price data allows for stock valuation figures which helps for planning p&l and cash flows.

Allow up to 4 weeks for transferring over from shopify on 20 orders a day, with 1 week for interface learning. The simplicity of the platform is just fantastic because there is a no nonsense feeling of operating it.

The few setbacks are likely unique to us because we are our own brand selling our own custom made products. This means the lack of customisations for reports and functionality may develop into pain points further down the line (we are growing at circa 275% p/a), but we can see this platform allowing seamless operations for a good 12-18 months. It should solve almost everything until then and is thus difficult to criticise!

Outstanding service from these guys, always at the end of the phone or chat. Transformational for our business. With a huge range of SKU's and kits we needed to find a solution that could be versatile. Integration is very simple and we have not had any problems with Veeqo, Veeqo support is first class and very prompt. Would highly recommend.

Veeqo is Absolutely Amazing! We have 3 Shopify stores, 5 Amazon stores, an international Ebay store, and an Etsy store. After 4 years in a 3PL using Orderwise we moved our business into our own warehouse and took fulfillment in house. In addition we now have 7 integrated couriers and ship all around the world. The Veeqo product works to allow us to ship multiple consignments with speed and accuracy with the most economical courier. We also run retail and trade warehouses, use the purchase order system and our accuracy in inventory management has improved 10 fold. The team are hugely knowledgeable and support has been excellent. Almost two years later, our business turnover has now grown by 25% to almost 4 million which would not have been possible without Veeqo. Particular thanks to Ben, Darren, Roxy, Mohammed and the team - always super fast and responsive!! I have already recommended the Veeqo product to other online retailers and will continue to!

Veeqo has worked for us really well and the support is excellent and it's really easy to use. The on-boarding process was really smooth and customer support as been excellent and very responsive.

An amazing tool that works fantastically and allows the company to become totally automated in regards to order management. The support team are fantastic and proactive helping with initial setup and queries. Also exciting to hear that they have a lot of future developments coming which all clients will benefit from.

Been using Veeqo for a few moths now. The switch from my previous software was almost seamless. After getting used tot he new layout it is really simple to use. The app is great for order picking when not packing in the same place. Also great to look at things on the go and not at the PC. any issues have been dealt with quickly and everyone is really helpful. Would reccommned

I use this app to manage my stock levels across Shopify, eBay and Etsy as well as managing my shipping. It's been a great help so far and I'd imagine it's going to be even more valuable for me as my business grows!
