I have been using this app for quite some time now. It is generally good when the product count is low but as the product count increases the "Refresh Shop" gives wrong product count every now and then and there is no way to know what is going on. According to support, "as long as the number is higher in Vela, it's all good". There is no export utility. So there is no way for me to know why the number is higher / lower in Vela. Update: I had a screenshare with Justin and saw that All (in Shopify) and Active (in Vela) is the same. However, I would like to include the issue I faced with bulk updating description which added a lot of HTML code I didn't add and messed up my descriptions. I had to manually update a ton of products. Be careful with updating descriptions. There was also issue with changing POD for one of my products. Although I deleted the previous one, Vela didn't and the count didn't match. I'm leaving the three stars for now because I think the app has kinks that need to be worked out especially because it is a bulk update app. It can be very useful when everything is perfect but can be really problematic if things don't work. So far, price and tags have worked out really well for me.

I've been using this app for a long time now and absolutely love it for both my Shopify store and my Etsy shop. It is absolutely amazing and customer support is fantastic. They always get back to me quickly and provide awesome support!

I have used Vela for my etsy shop and now to combine it with Shopify is awesome. Makes everything so much easier to bulk edit. The support team is top notch, answers all questions and has plenty of patience. Highly recommend.

Fabulous app! I have been with Vela since the beginning in beta/test mode, and it keeps getting better and better. Excellent features, nicely organized interface, and superior customer service. A MUST!

I use Vela with both my Shopify website and Etsy shop to make edits to large numbers of products in bulk - changing photos, descriptions, variations, etc. I'm constantly making little adjustments to improve my stores, and thanks to Vela, work that would normally take hours takes seconds instead! It's an extremely well-designed app with ridiculously amazing support. I also do quite a bit of consulting for other ecommerce business owners, and Vela is always one of the first tools I recommend. Honestly, if you have a store on Shopify or Etsy and you're NOT using Vela, you're probably wasting a lot of time.

The only app you need for bulk editing all your product details. Fast and easy. This app is a life saver. And great customer support.

Great App! Very helpful and time-saving. It gives you control over the store listings at once and helps you manage easily all details.
I used Vella with My Etsy Store, so glad they came out with the Shopify version as well.
Excellent customer service too!

When we did our shopify inventory, over 700 Etsy listings were removed that we paid to activate etc. When I reached out for support, he questioned me about them even existing. Very Very rude customer "support" - do not use them.

Edited to add in response: As stated in my review about your company, it was the way you treated me. If I could upload photos of the way you've spoken to me, accused me of making up our listing, bragged about your subscribers etc, I would. The bottom line is you treat people terribly Justin. You are very rude, short, cocky and talk down to people. I reached out for help and instead I received insults, accusations and smart aleck responses. That is my complaint with your company.

I use this app to bulk edit products and its amazing! Easily add multiple items to a collection or change prices by dollar amount or percentage! Its great!
