Vela | AI, optimization & more

I like being able to edit my listings in Vela, over doing it on etsy and shopify. Vela allows me to copy over my listings from Etsy to Shopify and edit them before uploading at my pace. I appreciate the speed that this app has gained over the years I've used it. I've been using it for many years to edit my etsy listings in ways etsy doesn't allow and it made sense to use them for my shopify too.

Super happy with the customer service for this app. I was able to get help right away through the chat, and then even through Zoom. A lot of intensive one on one help and questions answered! I am able to use Vela to update my listings and save SO much time. Also really excited about the new features coming out!

I sell on Etsy as well as Shopify. Transferring my products from my Etsy store to my Shopify store via Vela has been smooth and easy! I've been able to learn on my own how to do everything, and if I can't figure it out, there's plenty of Youtube videos out there, and the Vela team always responds to my questions via chat. They walk me through all the steps, until I understand. If you are an Etsy seller, this app is a must!

This app is a must have if you are an active seller looking to sell across multiple selling platforms. Editing between multiple stores in one app is a game changer. Vela also listens to their customers which has been evident over the last few years. I have directly interacted with one of the creators of Vela, so customer service does not get any better. Buckle up because Vela will be expanding to new selling platforms in the very near future.

FIVE STARS...I have had this app for a very long time, the creator is passionate and progressive (always adding new features), customer service is lightening fast and it does what it says it will. We have been using Vela for our Etsy shop for the past 5+ years, and have recently begun to leverage Vela for our new Shopify site. The functionality for bulk editing is excellent and has saved us countless hours of editing. Most importantly, the support is 5-star. Never have to wait and questions/issues are answered or resolved same day. Vela is also quick to roll-out new functionality and to invest in making the software increasingly more powerful. We have a large catalog and we couldn't operate our business without such an amazing solution and support team from Vela!

I do love working with Vela simply because it is very easy to create and update listings across all my stores. When I needed help their support team was incredibly responsive. The platform saves me countless hours that I would have spent manually updating each marketplace separately. Their bulk editing features are particularly useful, allowing me to make quick adjustments with just a few clicks.

I started using Vela for my Etsy shop and I honestly dreaded how I was going to copy all of my listings over to Shopify once I opened my own store but using Vela made it so easy to copy them all over, especially since my catalog is over 250 SKU's. The bulk editing feature is really useful, especially for photos that are specific for Etsy listings. Support is really helpful and responsive as well.

Vela is by far the best App I have come across to create and update listings in both Etsy and Shopify. Packed full of really useful features that save so much time.

I came across a small issue with photos, support was unbelievably swift, my issue was resolved within hours of me sending the details in.
