I've been using the vela app for etsy for a few months now and let me say, that it has been a HUGE timesaver!
So with our shopify site, I'd been neglecting doing updates bc Shopify really isn't very accommodating with making this an easy task. So I decided to search the app store for an inventory management app (hoping to find something like Vela) and sure enough, Vela came up! I was very excited for this and am thrilled to share my transparently honest review that Vela has been nothing short of perfect for our business. Thanks Vela!!

This app is was SO easy to use and very intuitive! The interface is very smooth (smoother than Shopify dare I say) and the support was so fast to respond, even at midnight on a Tuesday.
Looking forward to more updates! Have never tried such a good free app.

Just recently started using this app. Fantastic, does things a lot quicker than other apps similar. Had a couple of questions and the customer service response was within a couple of mins, cannot fault in any way

This app is fantastic! I wish I had it when I was working on a site 2 years ago! It starts off with a quick tutorial, then you're in... The interface is extremely intuitive and they are prompt to answer any questions you have. This should be something integrated into shopify for sure.

This app is really just a great app. If all apps were as good as this one I would probably enjoy life just a little bit more. First off it's free. Who doesn't like free?? But it gets even better. How could it get better you might ask. This app just works. No gimmicks. It does what it says, and does it really well. At this point, you are probably thinking, WOW! Alright, I think I need this in my life. But I'm not done!! I experienced something I thought didn't exist on the Shopify App store... I'm not going to lie, there were tears!! But they were tears of joy! Not the usual tears of pain, anger & frustration that happen far too often when trying to navigate the Shopify App Store. Vela provides actual customer support. Not like what many of you have experienced
with other apps, but legitimate support. It's easily the best support experience I've ever, well, experienced. As I write this I weep now knowing that such an app exists.

I live in Hawaii which usually messes up any attempt at getting support after 2 PM. It's 7:00 PM now and I had a small challenge and thought I would use the little chatbot and hopefully hear back tomorrow. When I opened it up and typed out what I needed a bot popped up and said, "Vela typically replies in under 10m.". I chuckled to myself thinking that was cute. I s**t you not, probably 6 minutes later they replied!
So to recap...
1) The app is 100% free.
2) It actually works. Like really really well.
3) The support is unlike anything you have ever known.

You should download this app even if you don't need it. Do it just to try the support! I dare you. It will blow your mind.
