Vela allows you to connect and manage all of your shops from a single account. We automatically import your listings and provide the ability to easily edit all attributes, both in bulk and/or individually. It's also possible to create new listings for multiple shops or even copy and publish listings between shops. Updates can be pre-scheduled so that you can optimize your listings before important events. In addition, you can leverage the built-in photo editor to enhance product photos.

STAY AWAY!! Terrible customer service!! Not worth it, find another app. Very bad experience, rude customer service.
To clarify and correct this misleading review, the user subscribed in January, used the platform, and then reached out to request a refund, claiming that they "accidently" signed up. We provided the refund without question. However, they tried the same thing again in March, and we did not grant a refund, so they posted a negative review.
When I say that Vela's new features nearly made me cry tears of joy, it is NOT an exaggeration. Being a one woman show, I have literally hundreds of items that just never get listed, or take a year or more to list. When I would sit down previously and list my item in Etsy and then in Shopify it would take me an hour plus for each item, so I would rarely take the time out to do so as I needed to be in the studio making jewerly instead. With Vela Create and Vela Profiles it takes me MINUTES to list something new. I can pop up a few listings easily on my laptop while I watch tv with the family instead of taking a whole day out to try to get new items up or just never listing them and losing the chance at revenue. I've used vela on and off for years and it's always been handy, but Create and Profiles are an absolute game changer. Another huge plus is Vela serving as a workaround to Etsy not allowing roles or assistants to access our shop if they are not at your IP address. I recently hired a virtual assistant in another country and she can log into Vela to help with my Etsy without the risk of Etsy shutting me down. Vela is an absolutely necessary tool for your toolbox if you want to streamline your business and spend your time where it counts.
bait and switch!
first this app was free. then after a couple years they started charging. now they have changed the version I have been paying for....it now requires I switch and upgrade from my paid account...to a Pro version 2x the price. if we were with you through the developing stage and suffered some of your major hiccups ( I remember one bug that wiped all my pricing out). then you should be loyal to us long time clients. BAITING NEW CLIENTS WITH A 5$ account, that I guess isn't even offered anymore(?) only to later make them upgrade to the $10 app, not cool.
as if holding back our access to an account we PAY for will be less noticeable or less outrageous if you raise our pricing in incremental steps.

This review is completely false and misleading. To clarify, we've launched several new features recently, yet some are exclusive to Vela Plus. In order to give all users the opportunity to explore these features, we provided a FREE week of Vela Plus to ALL users currently subscribed to Vela Lite.
There are no strings attached, no obligation to upgrade, and no "bait & switch." All users were simply given a free week to access ALL Plus functionality. If, after the trial week, a user does not upgrade, they will automatically revert to Lite.
This was explained in detail via email and within the platform. Fortunately, the vast majority of users have welcomed the opportunity to explore new features for FREE, but we will make things even more explicit in the future.
