Unfortunately, this application is horrible. Support is slow, and the misleading marketing is very shady. I would stay away from it unless you are just starting an Etsy or Shopify store.
Additionally, they make excuses as to why the advertised options do not work. You must manually link all your items to Shopify, which takes days if you have a more extensive catalog. This application overrides your current date on Etsy to some Default settings, which made us have to redo over 500 items in our store.
App very limited on what you can do. Still haven't found that perfect Etsy app.

The velopLab Etsy App got me from product selection to a populated Etsy store within 15 minutes. After trying several other Etsy apps that did not work, I am glad to have found this app. I experienced one challenge: the support response was fast and accurate, and the monthly rate is ½ what the other apps are. This is a solid Etsy solution.

I synced all my products to Etsy within 15 minutes. Without any problems or complications. This app is the easiest to use and understand. I also like the fact that I can use different prices on Shopify and Etsy with the app.

Diese App füllt die Schnittstelle zwischen Etsy und Shopify wunderbar aus. Auf individuelle Anfragen bekommt man innerhalb weniger Stunden eine Rückinfo. Alles perfekt, auch die Tatsache, dass man Bestellungen mit Umsatzsteuer übertragen lassen kann.

Mehr als fünf Sterne! Super toller und schneller Kundenservice. App ist kinderleicht. Meine Produkte im Shop unterscheiden sich von den Produkten von Etsy und trotzdem ist eine Übermittlung ganz unkompliziert. Und das Beste: die App übermittelt auch wunderbar die Auslandsbestellungen und sortiert sie in meinem Shopsystem für OSS gleich ein. So hat man für die Steuer alles gleich richtig eingeordnet. Une très bonne plateforme pour vendre nos produits avec un super bon référencement. Par contre, il y a trop de spam dans la messagerie. Il faut être très vigilant, car plusieurs personnes se faisant passer pour Etsy nous demandent de reconfirmer notre numéro de carte de crédit. Et je pense qu'ils savent quand vous êtes nouveau à vendre.
