We've been using this app for 6 months now and it's great. the dashboard is super helpful and it's easy to set-up and integrate.
I wish there was a spot for custom pay-out amount so we could more quickly mark sales at a specific $ amount (instead of manually clicking the items sold and adjusting with additional payout amount) - but honestly, for the price the value is INCREDIBLE.
If I ever have questions the support team is so quick to respond. Would 10/10 recommend. My business would not be so functional without this app - really appreciate the time and talents that went into building and maintaining it.

This app is SUCH a timesaver for both split commission consignment as well as stores that have booth vendors.
They are quick to respond to any issues via email and also offer a live chat. Any issues I've had so far have been minor and were resolved almost immediately.
The developers take custom requests and are so friendly and accomodating. I have recommended this app to many other small business owners.
Last but not least, the data syncs seamlessly with Shopify. 100% recommend this app and have no complaints

We are newer to implementing this app.... what I love the most about it is the support, the team and the improvements they have been making. They listen to your feedback and work to help make it the best it can be for your business. I highly recommend and can't wait to see it evolve.
Update:
Unfortunately we've had to discontinue our use of this app as it is constantly unreliable with vendor payouts, it is very glitchy for the vendors to use, and just was not something we could depend on. The team still do offer great customer service and in time this app does have potential.

10/16/2023 Update: Visceral has been great. We've been using Vendor Consignment for well over a year and it is working great. Support is excellent. I am updating my review because they just helped me out with a special request. They didn't have to, but they did. Support is awesome. We have complex needs, and Visceral works great for us. I use this app for my consignment store and it is the only one in its kind. Works great. Love the new features added frequently. Keep up the good work.
Absolutely would recommend. I changed over, over a year ago and would never go back.
As a B&M and online store that offers a very large variety of both consignment and wholesale options, I am VERY pleased with this app.
I have also used, in the past, RESALE GLOBAL (ARAVENDA) and RICOCHET. I wasted, literally, thousands of dollars before I found this app.
Not to mention.. the customer service has been SUPERB. They have addressed every inquiry I have, and fine tuned some things to meet our needs.
Cost makes it manageable for a small business, it is user friendly, and my vendors like it as well.
As a new business owner... I WISH I had found this first. If you want to gain from my trial an error.. I am very open to having a conversation about the pros and cons of this and the other apps I used. If I can help someone else from going through the headaches I did.. I definitely would. If you're looking for a commission tracker there is no better app to use. Chance and his team take care of you like you are the only client they have. This app saves me 100s of hours in tracking.
I have bene using the app since August 2020. A few bugs in the beginning that Chance was totally on top of and fixed them all in a timely manner. It works very well now and the new release seems great too. I run vendor consignment reports monthly and even have my clients log into the system as well to check their inventory and payouts. Everyone has been very happy with it so far. I know Chance is working hard at making sure it has all the features customers need. I have even requested some things that he customized for me which was so awesome and i'm so appreciative for,. I highly recommend this app. It's one of the best ones I have come across in the vendor consignment world..
