I'd give this app 10 stars if I could. You won't find customer service better than here. Brian has been there for us since the beginning and has continued to provide best in class customer service. This app allows us to fully customize and control the shipping experience for our customers. We have an ecommerce and wholesale platform. ASR made what would've been a headache... smooth sailing and stress-free.

Stop looking. You've found the shipping app you need.

IF YOU NEED SHIPPING RULES JUST INSTALL THIS APP. RIGHT NOW. SERIOUSLY. I have been working with this app from last year and I just had one single problem, and when we tell them, their customer support did not only solve it ASAP, they also EXCEL at it as I have never seen before, the app is excellent at everything it does and the team behind it is really happy to help you. Please take this app as your first option if you are needing shipping rules, once again, serously. 10/10

For a small shop I have pretty complicated shipping requirements (shipping by weight, specific products for local delivery AND other specific products for nationwide delivery). Their app as helped me create a solution for each of these scenarios and their customer service (Molly!) has been fast and responsive and super helpful to solving problems and making it work for me. I would recommend this to any small shop who needs additional help with weird shipping rules. It's worth the $29 a month.

Our app, for the first time in over a year, experienced a brief amount of downtime. We addressed the issue and the app is now running properly. Like any platform there is going to be very rare unexpected downtime, even Shopify itself has downtime from time to time. We are implementing a reporting tool that will continue to improve our response time in the future.
