Amazing customer service! we set up the app wrong and emailed the customer service at 10pm on Saturday night. They immediately jumped online, had a look at the store, saw the problem and called us to walk us through it, so we would know for the future. Would recommend this app 100%

This app is exactly what we needed, we ship each item separately and needed our customers to pay the shipping cost per item! Along with not allowing a customer to select a P.O. Box address. Molly was amazing, attentive, and patient while I asked and needed help getting started! I highly recommend! - Jodi

Fantastic experience with Advanced Shipping Rules. They came to my help immediately regarding my problems/questions (literally 2 minutes!). Love the app, love the people behind it, great Shopify App overall.

When I was dissatisfied with the default shipping rate options in shopify, I tried to define for myself what I wished there was. I imagined an app that has a lot of rules and conditions to play around with. This app is exactly what we needed and since it can get complicated to translate ones needs into those rules and conditions, we had help from the support. The support is amazing and tried to understand every single detail of the problem. At the end they even recorded a personal video for us, showing us how to set everything up. Well deserved 5 stars!

I installed ASR so that I could offer products that I manually fulfill while also offering Printful products using live shipping rates. I was able to install, integrate, and set up this app in a few hours with just the user guides to help me. Everything worked smoothly until I tried to purchase the Lite Plan; apparently I had activated a feature that was only available with the Standard Plan but wasn't aware of what that feature was. I emailed Brian first thing this morning and got a response back within the hour. Brian took care of my issue and I'm back in business!

Excellent customer service/support - when we needed support setting up the rules, Brian & team promptly reached out to us and patiently answered all our questions. Plus, the app is great and it works perfectly for what we need. The installation process was easy and intuitive.

Awesome app, and really talented (tech savvy) CS team to help out. I use it specifically to ship orders with 2+ units all in separate boxes (not possible with normal shopify). Recommend!

The app is great. It offers options I haven't found elsewhere, allowing me to personalize shipping options worldwide. Plus they helped me with setup. Great customer service.

I've used this app on a number of shopify sites, it adds much more configurability and shipping options to the standard shopify settings. Also their customer support is second to none. Fantastic highly recommended.
