Much easier to navigate and set up than some of the other apps out there. When I ran into issues, customer service was top notch! Even down to Molly scheduling a phone call so that we could talk through what was happening. Resolved my issues and replied to emails promptly. Definitely a great app and recommend to anyone with complicated shipping needs.

I need to echo what others have said about the customer support behind Advanced Shipping Rules. Brian is hands on, proactive and quick. I had about three things I needed to accomplish with a shipping app that I couldn't get done with standard Shopify settings. Brian listened to my needs, understood them immediately, and helped me set up ASR so that it works perfectly.

And that's another matter, not only is customer support better than anything I've experienced with other apps (and yes, Shopify too), ASR actually works great. The developers seem to have thought of every shipping possibility and combination and ASR just gets it done.

A slam dunk value. My highest recommendation!

This app is fantastic! It totally took care of all of our strange shipping needs and Brian is a gem! He answered immediately and helped me figure out what was going with our previous shipping app before he took the wheel and made it work for us. Can't explain just how refreshing it is to find someone who actually answers their phone or email and not only helps but makes it all work!!!

Great app, support is on point, my previous review mentioned some confusion I had on pricing and it was fixed before I knew it.

This app has allowed us to offer free shipping to our customers over a dollar threshold, while adding surcharges for products that we can't afford to ship for free. Very user friendly to setup but complex enough that I haven't come up with any shipping promotion ideas it can't handle yet.

This is a great app! It saved us a lot of shipping money. It let us separate packages for shipping. I would recommend this site for anyone selling mixed products on the internet. Great prices for First Class Mail and Priority mail too. I can't say enough about how well this site works - and at a low cost!

For those who have no programming experience like myself, this app is for you. I had sales drop off because of a shipping problem and this application solved it. Super straightforward and Brian from customer service was very helpful. It's an app anyone can use!

Support Molly help me consolidate 184 ship rates of 95 zones x 100 postal codes under 14 rules. Criteria matched zones to postal codes. Molly from Support was a critical component to making it happen.

Great app.

I have tried 3 other shipping applications before this one which is the only that could satisfy all the needs my store has.

Support was very quick, helpful and thorough.

If you are reading this and wonder if you should pick this app, just do it!

I have to say they have some of the best customer support I have ever experienced. I was able to connect quickly with Brian, and he was super helpful, and able to determine what I needed, and get me up and running. I was honestly not sure if the app would do exactly what I wanted, mostly because I am new to shipping from POD companies. He was patient with me, and got me to where I needed to be quickly. The product works great, and the company takes care of it's customers.
