Advanced Shipping Rules

Advanced Shipping Rules transformed shipping my own manufactured products, as well my art on Printify products. It was flawless, comprehensive and addressed so many issues that come with some other 3rd party app makers. As beautiful as the app design, it was the customer service that was even better (without exaggeration). This product is indispensable for all items to be shipped domestically or internationally. This app is an absolute must have for anybody and everybody who is running an eCommerce site on Shopify with 3rd party fulfillment vendors like Printful. Setting up the app was so easy, and when I ran into a small problem, their support team was on top of it, helping me via email and phone.

I installed the App and was playing around late Saturday evening and realized I had a small issue, so I shot off an email to the support address hoping I could get things sorted out by Monday. Literally within minutes Brian (the creator of the App) had responded to my problem with a solution and I was able to get everything sorted out that same evening.

I must add that the solution to my problem was not simple. It would have been easy for Brian to say that what I was trying to do was not supported or not included in my price tier but he was able to help me out in lightening speed at no additional cost - Thanks Brian.

Advanced Shipping Rules is the most powerful shipping customization App that I have found in Shopify. It delivers everything I need and more is a simple efficient way. Love It.

Molly on the Customer Service Team will go above and beyond to provide support. The app is simple and easy to use but able to provide a lot of flexibility with shipping options that wouldn't be available otherwise.

I needed a way to disable combined shipping rates when ordering multiple products of varying sizes and found Advanced Shipping Rules to be the best for doing this. Other top-rated apps just aren't as good as ASR or are too expensive. Now I don't have to worry about customers being charged too much for shipping. The tech support is awesome too. I had one small issue but Molly quickly resolved it for me. I highly recommend this app.

This is the best app you could ever get! It's simple enough to use and makes life alot easier!

I really do like the app as it provided the shipping rate flexibility not afforded by the standard theme. I did have some integration issues but Molly in their customer service department was extremely helpful and even supported me directly with App integration for my store. Highly recommended App and outstanding customer service.

The support team are great and if it can be done they will help you get there... Molly was a superstar!

Anyone who thinks this app is too complicated, obviously didn't even try to use it or look at any of the very helpful documents.

I was able to set up 20 categories with different shipping options for each category, and then set up blended rates and rules to make shipping free based on order totals, only display rates based on the category, and a lot of other combinations.

This app is great, and I've had absolutely no issues with it. I honestly couldn't even have my site up if it wasn't for this app.

I needed to do multiple items Free+Shipping as well as items with other shipping rates. It was a bit of hurdle dealing with the integration but Molly called me up and got everything running just like I wanted. Thanks!
