Wow! What incredible service. We had a complicated shipping structure that I couldn't even begin to figure out. Brian was responsive, prompt, and spent a lot of time making things work. It took a few iterations, but he always quickly called and took as much time as needed to solve things. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Advanced shipping rules has helped us with complicated International shipping issues. It has helped us to expand our International business. Brian Dillon has been super helpful whenever we have encountered anything we needed help with. Would definitely recommend this app.

I own a bakery and offer some items in my shop that ship nationwide while others don't. I needed an app that would only allow people to purchase what was available in their area and this was just what I needed. The best part, however, has been the customer service. I'm not exactly technologically inclined :) and the customer service has been excellent in helping me do the initial set up, troubleshooting and ironing out the issues that first came up and being overall very pleasant to work with. They reply to emails almost immediately!

Great app, but even better support. Reviewed my request and recorded a personalized video with instructions on how to implement our necessary solution for our custom needs with the app. A+

I have been looking for these shipping options at my store's checkout for more than 6 months. Was even skeptical when found it, because a lot of developers told me I have to be in Shopify PLUS to have those options.

Excellent app, it does exactly what we needed which was to make certain products a flat shipping price while others are based on weight and have the blended shipping rates calculate properly at checkout (Shopify's cart can't do this). Customer service is quick to reply which is an added bonus. A+

Absolutely simple interface that enables some neat-o trickery with your shipping rates. Our store uses a simple implementation of their tool but the possibilities are truly great. The devs are also quite responsive if you're ever if need of any help or guidance.

This is by far the best shipping tool available. I had a lot of trouble getting different rates, box sizes to different parts of the country. Shopify did not have any solutions for this. Update - 1.5 years later - app is pristine, works incredibly well and the customer service is top-notch ASR is a complete game-changer for our business, US Citrus. I could not think of one thing a business would need to do with regards to shipping that this app could not handle. The amount of logic that went into building this platform is staggering. I had one question, and Brian called me back right away and found a solution in about 30 seconds. This app is indispensable for our business, keep up the good work guys.
