Although we don't need to use the app at this moment, I must say that Brian with ASR was awesome! He took the time out of his schedule to contact me over the phone and help me decide the best shipping route for my business. I was blown back with his willingness to help me. Awesome app! Used it to separate Live items and Non live items since they both ship different. Also to give each type a different Free shipping price. Something I couldn't do with the built in Shopify shipping. Molly was a HUGE help as well!

Best custom shipping rates app in town. You can do virtually anything with it, there are no limits. And blended rates are just magical. I was also impressed by the speed and attention of support (took less than 1 day and 3 e-mails to solve my issue), so I recommend this app without doubts.

I needed a solution that will help create different product profiles while still offering 1 shipping price instead of combining both profiles shipping prices. Molly was very patient with me as I had a lot of questions and needed help throughout the day, sometimes very late at night and she was always willing to help. I will be keeping the app!

This app is perfect for my needs. I upgraded my Shopify plan to get calculated shipping. I downloaded a different app and after 5 months of support help, I never received calculated shipping. I downloaded Advanced Shipping Rules one evening. I had it connected to my store, products groups set up, and guess what else? Calculated shipping rates for Pixels, Printify, and Gooten. I never had to contact customer support during the setup process. No coding, no template problems, it just worked. I am not a large store, but I have 400+ products and several thousand variants. I had ASR set up in one evening. After running a bunch of test purchases with domestic and international addresses and various products, I never stumbled upon an error in rates. I flipped the off switch on my original shipping app and switched on ASR. It is more expensive than the app I was using, but I could not be more pleased that my rates are calculating correctly.

Solved our shipping problems of adding multiple flat rate cost per product (something you can't do in Shopify shipping settings). Customer service was great and even called to help me get my settings configured.

The customer service is fantastic!! I received help in setting up the app even though it was during the holidays. Brian even set me up in a custom plan that fit our store better. 5 stars for this app and service.

This app is so easy to work with and provided a great solution for how we want to customize our shipping rates. Their documentation and tutorials are fantastic, and I am so impressed by the personalized support we received - we were even sent a custom video with screenshots that explained steps needed. Super powerful. Shopify's built in shipping utility left us with a rather large problem in how we charged shipping for one overweight item in particular.
