OMG!! I LOVE BRIAN!!!

I was at that point of total frustration after searching apps and toying with code, I just couldn't seem to find the solution I needed. By the time I called Brian at Advanced Shipping I was crabby and feeling defeated. Brian was patient while getting me to clearly define my quandary.

While so far, I'm a big Shopify fan, the shipping module is so painfully weak. I have a shipping fulfillment program which plugged in easy enough, but my issue came before the completed sale. I needed very specific rules in relation to shipping charges. Brian not only devised the perfect solution completely filling my needs, he stayed on the phone with my and completely set up my shipping module until it worked exactly as needed. What he did with me in about an hour saved me countless hours of additional frustration and struggle.'

UPDATE (15 Months of USE): The service and support keeps getting better and better. The consistent quality of service with the support team is found in fast Turn Around Times in answering questions and trouble shooting. We love this app.

UPDATE (September 8, 2019): 6 Months in, everything is still excellent and the service is better than ever. We highly recommend this APP on the Customer Service alone; however, the APPs performance is awesome as well.

I really needed help on the most important component to launching my store, SHIPPING. When I initially left my message, I did not expect a speedy response. I was relieved and surprised with the promptness of the callback and a voice on the other end saying "I am going to walk you through the process". Not only that but he inquired of the types of items I would be selling to make sure I assigned them to the right categories, the items I ship and those I drop ship using a separate vendor. I got off the phone ready to launch and fully understood what I needed to do when adding products in the future. Fantastic customer service. Brian has been very quick to get back to me each time with my queries and solved my problems. This was also the only app that I could find that allowed me to do what I needed, and for a reasonable cost. I needed to create different rules for different areas, and the rules also vary by product.
