AWFUL

very confusing installation....the how to install is not clear, but that is not even the most significant issue. Problem is once installed, it is ESSENTIAL THAT GOOGLE knows that the APP is installed.

You would think there is a simple easy to understand procedure to do so; either from GOOGLE MERCHANT CENTER or from JUDGEME.

Well so far there is not as GOOGLE STATES even though we have been collecting reviews...they are NOT AWARE OF THAT.

HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?

WELL JUDGEME STATES we have made good points and will get back to us.

That's odd; why isn't there a simple fix?

I don't need an explanation of why it is NOT occurring. I want to simply get GOOGLE to recognize that OH YES WE ARE NOW COLLECTING REVIEW DATA from your ONLINE STORE.

Thank you for your detailed feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration.

You're absolutely right that the setup should be much clearer. At the moment, our app does not yet support automatic Google Merchant Center review integration and we are currently developing. You'll see new improvements every week in the next quarter!

This is a feature we're actively working on and plan to release in a future update.

We understand this is an important capability, and your feedback has helped us prioritize it. In the meantime, if you have any questions about using the app or need help with any existing features, please reach out to our support team and we're happy to assist.

Thank you for your patience and for helping us improve the app.
