We use this app to provide secure, digital Certificates of Authenticity for products sold online - in particular for editions that were published during the COVID-19 pandemic which made it difficult for artists to physically sign their artworks. It integrates directly and easily into the Shopify purchase and checkout flow and the edition products we created and are selling. Customers automatically receive an email with their certificates and this serves as our unique guarantee of authenticity. You can also customize the certificates with your own designs. In an era when physical transfer is more arduous than ever, we're glad to have Verisart's integration to help us seamlessly manage the authentication of these important artworks.

We are an art gallery who uses the Verisart app for all of our artists NFT drops. The team at Verisart provide incredible customer service, they provide end-to-end support for artists, galleries, and collectors. Using the app has been a seamless experience and is incredibly user friendly, even for those who are new to the NFT space. We have also been using the Verisart certification service for all of our physical and digital artworks for the past 7 years which has also been very useful. We highly recommend Verisart for any NFT project and certification services.

First i"am so happy with this app!
I was looking for professional digital certificates of authenticity for my artworks and gallery. I use the Verisart app since sept 2020. Last month, June 2021 they updated the app. It looks and works even better now. It integrates perfectly with my Shopify theme and shop. You can customize/ design the certificates. On every artwork page the certificate text and checkbox is shown. When a customer purchase an artwork they will see the certificate together with the artwork in the cart. And after purchasing they get an email with their digital certificates of authenticity. I’m also very happy with their support team. Professional and personal. I would recommend every professional artist this app.

My experience with the Support Chat was extremely disappointing. I attempted to set up their services, but the Support Chat remained unresponsive for weeks, leaving me unable to confidently proceed with the setup process or get timely answers to my questions. It left me questioning the purpose of the Support Chat. Furthermore, I encountered issues when minting my first test NFT, despite diligently following the provided steps, and was unable to claim it. This led me to anticipate that my potential customers may encounter similar problems and seek support from my store, while I was unable to obtain assistance from Verisart. As a result, I made the decision to uninstall the app and cancel my subscription, which I had been paying for several months."

We took 8 days to reply to your last message which we recognize was not acceptable and does not adhere to our commitment to replying within 48 hours. There have been some recent changes to our team which have now been addressed. Your messages didn’t mention the issues with the claim flow. This works smoothly for all our other customers and we’d very much like to understand what didn’t work for you. Should you wish to resubscribe again, we would like to offer 3 months for free as well as a free onboarding call as a means of apology and to ensure you have the best experience.
I use Verisart to certify my artworks and my NFT too. I think that is a great app, really easy to install and all my collectors they really love the way they receive the blockchain certificate!

Functionality this app is a 5+. Organizational culture is a -0. Because of the current business like culture at Verisart, the artist is discounted, not merely as the customer but their voices are mere opinions. Dont forget who's content your running off here guys! Bottom-line great tools ruined by STRATIFIED (us/them) thinking and actors. An SMB with a big business mentality. Artists, can get lost here.
We're really sorry you had a negative experience. We've worked hard for creators for many years and take their voices very seriously. We hear your frustration about the add-on pricing for bringing third-party contracts onto the Verisart platform and we've taken action: To make it more affordable, we're going to automate this process.
From early 2023, creators on any Premium plan will be able to easily import their own Manifold contracts to Verisart. Adding the contracts to your Shopify store will require an inexpensive onchain transaction, but there will be no additional cost. You’ll be able to do this directly from the Contracts tab in the app.
Again, we genuinely appreciate your feedback. We're committed to listening and taking action to make things better for creators. We hope you'll consider giving our app another test drive when this new feature becomes available.
