My experience with the Support Chat was extremely disappointing. I attempted to set up their services, but the Support Chat remained unresponsive for weeks, leaving me unable to confidently proceed with the setup process or get timely answers to my questions. It left me questioning the purpose of the Support Chat. Furthermore, I encountered issues when minting my first test NFT, despite diligently following the provided steps, and was unable to claim it. This led me to anticipate that my potential customers may encounter similar problems and seek support from my store, while I was unable to obtain assistance from Verisart. As a result, I made the decision to uninstall the app and cancel my subscription, which I had been paying for several months."

We took 8 days to reply to your last message which we recognize was not acceptable and does not adhere to our commitment to replying within 48 hours. There have been some recent changes to our team which have now been addressed. Your messages didn’t mention the issues with the claim flow. This works smoothly for all our other customers and we’d very much like to understand what didn’t work for you.
