I use this plugin to generate Certificates of Authenticity for my artwork and it’s been fantastic. Customers value the assurance that their purchases are secure and feel they are acquiring something truly special. The Verisart team is friendly and always ready to answer any questions I have. Additionally, I attach a QR Code sticker so that anyone who encounters the art years from now can easily access information about the piece.

Overall a good service with friendly, helpful staff. The Shopify app is straight forward and easy to use; the main improvement they could make would be if a COA could be auto transferred to customers through the Shopify app after an order is complete on occasions where the COA was not created before order completion. Having to go to the Verisart website to create and manually transfer a COA to a new owner is a bit more of a slog. The website is unfortunately not as intuitive as the app and more prone to glitches.

I use Verisart to certify my artworks and my NFT too. I think that is a great app, really easy to install and all my collectors they really love the way they receive the blockchain certificate!

We use this app to provide secure, digital Certificates of Authenticity for products sold online - in particular for editions that were published during the COVID-19 pandemic which made it difficult for artists to physically sign their artworks. It integrates directly and easily into the Shopify purchase and checkout flow and the edition products we created and are selling. Customers automatically receive an email with their certificates and this serves as our unique guarantee of authenticity. You can also customize the certificates with your own designs. In an era when physical transfer is more arduous than ever, we're glad to have Verisart's integration to help us seamlessly manage the authentication of these important artworks.

I received tremendous support from VERISART. And just about two weeks ago, I started my NFT art project. I was able to transform the proof of you being Cinderella, the statement "I have a one-of-a-kind glass slipper in the world," into an NFT Art and offer it as a service. I have been creating physical glass slippers for 20 years, but due to the impact of the pandemic, the lives of my customers have changed. This made me realize the need to transform my creative output. That's when I first contacted VERISART for support back in February. At that time, I didn't even have a wallet. Although I had some knowledge about the concept of blockchain and NFTs from reading books, I didn't know anything practical, like having a wallet. As a result, I encountered some very basic stumbling blocks (like connecting OpenSea with a different wallet). However, through their chat support, they guided me to resolve each issue properly. It's understandable that it takes time to receive a response due to the significant time difference with Japan and occasions like the Easter holidays. But I received responses, solved the challenges, and slowly but steadily moved forward. The staff members at VERISART guided me patiently, even when I asked the same questions repeatedly (although I couldn't see their faces). Lastly, I would like to add that when I shared the purpose and concept of my project in between questions, receiving encouraging words like "That's wonderful! (It was really a much nicer word)" became a reason for me not to give up along the way and helped me accomplish the setup. Thank you!

I would highly recommend Verisart, both for the technology they've built, but also the customer support we've had throughout the entire process. They even responded to our last minute requests on a Sunday (TIP: Don't launch projects on Mondays!) and the feedback from our customers as been incredible.
