To earn the credit:

  • Advertising campaigns must accrue costs of a minimum spend of $25, excluding any taxes, within 30 days

  • The tracking of advertising costs towards the minimum spend begins once the account has been created and code has been applied.

  • Account must be successfully billed by Yahoo and remain in good standing in order to qualify for the promotional credit.

  • The credit will typically be applied within 5 days to the Billing Summary of your account once the first 3 conditions are met.

  • Credits apply to future advertising costs only and cannot be applied to costs accrued before the code was entered.

There are no notifications once your credit is used up and any additional advertising costs will be charged to your form of payment. If you don’t want to continue advertising, you can pause or delete your campaigns at any time.

Tried this app, but can't see any of my clicks in the shopify marketing section or the app. I paused the Ad, because it didnt show any clicks. It still kept spending hundreds of dollar and no way to know if its effective, still can't turn off the ad and support doesn't get back to me.
In the app you don't have any way to get tax invoices neither.
When I want to log into the native yahoo advertister platform, I cant request a password, because it wont send me the verification code.

Same experience as the previous review. For a reason that WON'T be revealed to us, the platform suspended us and then displays "The page you’re looking for could not be found
Please make sure the web address is correct." This is after they stated that our payment needed to be resubmitted, which we did and paid in full. We use Native so we can get away from the red-tape on FB and google only to deal with this? Come on guys, I wanted to give the little guys a chance away from Taboola and Criteo and AdRoll but you give Yahoo and Verizon a terrible name. The reviews are just and the support, not helpful, unsympathetic and literlaly non-existant (no number to call, no one to speak to, just a wall of suspensions).

Hope others have better success than us. Our account was suspended with no explanation. We sell fashion accessories that we make here in the USA, have patented (pending) and under our trademarked brand. We are an honest company and yet Yahoo makes us feel like we are criminals violating some unknown policy with no explanation. My Ad Operations Specialist was super nice and helpful but wasn't given any information and has no clue what happened either. I miss the days when companies used and trusted their employees, not some unknown faulty AI, to make decisions.
