Absolutely outstanding app and support!
This app works perfectly for automated upsells and adding products to the cart — exactly what I needed. But what really stands out is the support team. They are fantastic — lightning-fast responses, super helpful, and genuinely committed to solving any issue. I rarely experience support this good. They went above and beyond to make sure everything worked exactly the way I wanted.

The support reacts promptly and fixes issues really quickly despite through email support!

We had issues on offer configuration, and pop-up not scrollable. They usually respond within 1-2 hours, and are able to fix the theme compatibility issue very quickly -- so now the pop-up is scrollable, and we are able to show more products for people to choose one from in GWP.

We've had a good experience with this app. We wanted for customers to be able to select a gift product when they bought a more expensive item.
