This app is really very useful, I recommend it! A special mention to Felix, who is always very responsive and gives excellent advice whenever we have a question. For example, we wanted to trigger Vex based on customer metafields so he recommended that we use Shopify segments combined with Shopify Flow to add tags to customers, finally triggering Vex app ! Great app and service, helped me solve a problem!

This app is very good. Lots of little detailed features around not showing certain gifts for b2b if not wanting and great combo options for discounts and size selections. Very good bundle based gift options too, to save having too many free things filling up the cart. Support is very quick for urgent issues too - especially as theme's get updated.

While testing the app, we were incredibly impressed by the level of support. Felix took the time to understand our needs in detail and even offered to build a custom-coded feature just for us, going way beyond the standard scope of support. The team truly cares about their users. If you're looking for a flexible gift app backed by passionate people, this is it!
