What is VGANG?

VGANG is an online platform that presents planet-friendly, sustainable, zero-waste, cruelty-free, and vegan products. VGANG connects green manufacturers to online retailers and bloggers around the UK and European Union.

VGANG helps small online retailers, bloggers, and anyone with access to the audience start or expand their online business by focusing on marketing and brand rather than sourcing products or logistics.

How does it work?

VGANG automates finding suppliers, offering winning products, inventory management, and shipping. The online retailers need to check the customers' orders and shipping details and click the Order button. The product is then sent directly from the supplier to the customer—wherever they may be in the UK or EU.

How does payment work in Vgang?

The retailer pays suppliers for products before fulfillment and delivery to the end consumer, including shipment fees. For brands working with Vgang through Shopify, the whole payment process will be handled by Shopify immediately.

How does Vgang handle returns?

Each supplier has its return policy. Many suppliers offer returns, while some may not have a return policy.

How to install VGANG on your Shopify store?

Currently, VGANG is just available for Shopify stores, but we will run on more e-commerce platforms soon.

They are two ways to connect VGANG to your Shopify store. Here you can see how both methods work, and by following the below steps, you can install VGANG on your Shopify store:

Via the Shopify Appstore:

It would be best if you went to the Shopify Appstore to get a hold of VGANG. On VGANG’s page, click on the “Add app” button. Shopify directs you to the installation page if you have already logged into your store unless you need to log in first. On the installation page, click on the “Install App” button.

Via VGANG website

You need to create an account through the Signup page first. There you have to add your e-mail address and password. Then, you need to go to Setting > Account and then connect your VGANG account to your Shopify store.

VGANG pricing (for retailers)

Vgang launched in May 2022, and as you are the pioneer customer, we provide a free plan for everyone who just installed our application. This plan contains 500 manageable products, and the number increases every day by joining a new local supplier.

This plan has a time limitation; you can use it for three months after installing the VGANG Shopify application.

After three months, you can upgrade your plan, and alongside access to more profitable products, you will get premium features. However, if you don’t upgrade, you can still use VGANG for free, but we will limit your access to 50 products.
