VGANG ‑ US & UK Dropshipping

After uninstalling this app to find out I have to reinstall it to down the plan(something I tried before the uninstall though the option was not there) to stop charges as just uninstalling it does not do anything even though Shopify states they will send through to delete all data on uninstall,it now does not install due to a server error message that turns up over & over again both through the reinstall button on the uninstalled app section on Shopify and through their app store & talking with Shopify help support did zilch.

The platform has been such a dream to find! It's been hard to find eco-friendly drop-shipping platforms/companies that:

1. have products you like
2. have amazing customer service
3. easy to use platform

I was able to get in touch with the team very soon after reaching out. They hopped on a call with me and helped me get set up. Really great find. I know it's just a matter of time before this best-kept secret blows up so get in early and support a great platform!

I was very pleased to find VGANG as i wanted truly environmentally friendly products and they fit the bill! I was struggling a little at first but i booked a demo with Eli and she was really helpful and it turned out there was an error on their side. Since that has been resolved it is so easy to use and i am really enjoying adding products to my store ready for launching. The site and the people are great and i fully recommend them especially if you are new to dropshipping!

I stumbled upon this company and have been happily surprised with the quality and variety of products I am able to access through this app. The integration was seamless and when I had questions they were prompt to answer them. It would be fabulous if there was a live chat available, however it made little difference to my outcome. I'm looking forward to seeing what my customers have to say about the service they receive.
So far I'm a very happy camper.

I'd definately recommend VGANG for the ethical drop shipper.

I wanted to use it, I really did. Giving it three stars because they do have good products. It just costs way too much for a small seller like myself. No... it isn't free. Their paid plans start at €30.00 which is around $33 USD per month, or €180 per year ($197.92 USD), which is not bad, but you are limited to 100 products/10 checkouts per month. To get the most out of this app you would need to go with their Unicorn Plan which is €480/year ($527.78 USD) or €120.0/month ($131.95 USD). While subscription rates like this are not unheard of, it's a little bit out of reach for small-scale vendors like me. Too bad, this company really does have great products. I will very, very likely come back and check this app out again when I can afford it.
