Very easy and very fluid, never had any issues with the products or the service of the platform and the dedicated Account Manager, Keira, is a dream to work with, very professional and very helpful with any queries or questions you may have. First Keira is absolutely amazing. His turnaround time on questions I have sent him is faster than you would expect with a company of that size.
I’ve even been able to speak with support via a telephone . That’s not something you see lately. They are always updating their system and really embrace any software suggestions that I have presented to them. By far the best app I have used so much so that I shut down my other brand and I am solely focused on the cosmetics industry.
