Vibe's Shopify app took me less than 5 minutes to get fully installed to start tracking page views, add to carts, and purchases. Along with those 3 metrics, I can also receive Transaction ID and a 'First Order' field from my rep to attribute my CTV campaign performance.

I finished setting up the account, create a campaign and added demographics and a budge. Everything appears to be easy until the end, I could not figure-out how to finalize the setup, the instructions don't match the results and lack details. I kept getting a message that I first have to create a "purchase event" before I can publish my campaign.

Although the instructions are almost clear on how to create the pixel and etc, when it gets to the part where you expect them to be very clear about the next step, they simply say that "every successful purchase on my site will trigger a purchase event" WTF - do I need to make a purchase on my own website for this crap to activate? where is the answer and details?

could be a simple thing and I may just be an idiot but if I can't figure out how to use a product without having to ask for tech support it is the end for me. Would be great if the people creating the instructions stopped assuming everyone is already familiar with this kind of procedure and took a KISS concept instead of providing half ass details.

I'll look for a more user friendly platform to purchase my advertising.
