we wanted to give 0 stars but it doesn't work ;)
Concerning customer service it is very bad we are constantly forced to repeat the same questions without having answers to our problems which lasts for days with little Jessica who moves at the speed of a snail ;)
we will say that the level of professionalism is very, very low with the impression of speaking to child agents who throw tantrums if you ask too many questions ;)
There is still a lot of work to do,

You explained that you can’t speak English and communicated with us by using Goolge Translate.
This caused a language barrier, which resulted in repeating multiple times. Your professionalism and respect towards us was lacking, we therefore suggested to quit the collaboration.

Very bad app, the app keeps causing price changes for certain items. Support is difficult to reach, only a bot. Personal support should be available within 2 hours, after 4 hours still no feedback. When uploading products you can't set in advance which products in the category are uploaded, no, all products in that category are uploaded. This of course makes the shop confusing to edit.

The response time of our support desk replies within 2 hours on business days. You can easily get in touch with us via woosa.com/contact or within the app settings via the live chat bulb.
Expecting personal support when paying only $29.00 a month is outrageous. You can contact us if you are interesting in VIP treatment, I will share our price for that.
The app is made to update prices automatically. vidaXL changes their prices often, therefore your prices also change often. This is literally the purpose of the app.

so mad for second time they took money from my account when they assure me that they cancel my subscription . this is the worst dropshipIng app plus 0 help you need to wait a month for replay . i want my money back

We are not able to cancel your subscription. You simply cancel your subscription by uninstalling the app.
This is common in Shopify and works the same for all paid apps. Instead of writing us a 1-star review, you could have simply requested a refund via our support desk woosa.com/contact.

HELLO. Do not resell the goods of this company, because the goods are of poor quality, defective. Returns are fine, but customers are unhappy with most items. I've had a lot of nerves with this company because of customer complaints.

I want to unsibscribe, but there is no option to do it???? With 1 click I can subscribe but there is hidden option to cancel subscription? WHY?
Thank you for leaving your review. You can uninstall the app by going to the Shopify admin, click Settings > Apps and sales channels. Click the app vidaXL app. To remove the app from your store, click Uninstall app.

Very bed app...
Lodged a support request on Monday for a critical issue. Product images are being removed on live SKUs synced via this app. Friday no response. Not good enough, looking into other solutions.

Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied.
VidaXL had an issue with the product images yesterday indeed. We load them from their CDN and therefore it didn't show in your store. However, they fixed the issue and it has nothing to do with the functionality of the app itself.
