Excellent free app. Prompt and professional customer service. All in all, a great product. Very happy with this app. Yusuf does a great job helping out. And it's helping my www.headwatersbamboo.com Shopify store to grow. Good stuff.
Everything you read is 100% true....Amazing App, Amazing Support by Yusuf, Amazing Value...Can't say enough...The rest of the competition needs to seriously worry..
The app worked very well immediately. Set up was easy. Customer support with Anna is excellent. This app really makes my product page look professional.
Customers can add photo/video reviews in the free version.

We used Helpful Crowd for over 3 years and never EVER had an issue. It grew with us and the support has been terrific! We are only leaving it because we outgrew what Shopify could do for us and the platform is Shopify specific only. Hi, I need help, but they not help me.. I pay all month $10 but my plan said free... Please give me a response..
I tolk with Helpfulcrowd, they help me today, but seid me I don´t have a subscription with those. They said me Shopify charge me the $10 in my invoice and they didnt know that..
Now, I will mail to Shopify to correct o refound the payments without app..
Finally, Helpful talk with me an they help me in all things. I recomend Helpful!

Great App with video upload feature, hopefully the server will get faster soon :) And great customer service with integration with AfterShip to set your specific time period to send the reviews and keep emailing the customer until they review. Prob will get 3x more reviews with this app. Hope the custom Avitar logos will be added soon too! :)
