We've been with helpful crowd reviews app for 4 years now. The customer service is awesome! Yusuf helped us with the migration from WIX to Shopify and we were able to preserve all our reviews. He's always quick to respond and is very knowledgeable about their app. The app has all the features you could ask for and is super easy to use. We like their clean design and user-friendly layout. They added more features this year which includes a review slider on the homepage. We've continued with their basic plan and it has everything we need for way cheaper than other review apps. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere, go with Helpful Crowd!

This app is absolutely amazing, they basically have everything you can possibly need for customers to review your products and even more, but what impressed me the most was the help of the support staff and Yusuf was phenomenal. He set up my review widgets on my site at covetedcoiffure.com and it looks absolutely amazing. You can not go wrong with them, I think their reviews speak for themselves all 5 stars! Amazing job guys. Anna also helped tremendously, they are super responsive and always friendly.

I love this app and the design of it. More importantly I love the helpful crowd’s customer support team. Their customer service is truly unmatched. I’ve been emailing them a lot because of issues I was having as far as coding. They really reach back out super quickly and handle whatever issue I may be having. I like this app. It is not as expensive as those top rated review app, but it works the same. The support response quickly, 10/10!
