We used this app for a few years now and the support is incredible. The app has generated a lot of reviews and questions. They are making new additions to the app and am looking forward for them.

I can not recommend an App more highly than Helpful Product Reviews. Yusuf was great with helping us address our issue through shopify. As theme's etc. were updated, our reviews ended up not being able to be seen on our products. Yusuf explained why, and once given access, he was able to update the necessary code to allow for the reviews to be seen again. Great customer service.
I used this app to help with customers to be able to leave honest reviews. Yusuf was very helpful as a team member with customer service and helping fix something we were having trouble viewing in a very timely manner :) Best, Ian K
Such a great help. The platform is so convenient to use and quite easy to navigate around. If there is an error, you can easily contact their supports who is always there. I would like to give a special mention to Yusuf for doing a great job installing the widgets and assisting me with my problems.
I had an issue with the review app on my website, I contacted Helpful and within couple of hours my issue was resolved. Yusuf was very helpful not only did he fix my issue he recommended another option for me. Highly recommend.

Your App has everything, it imports customer reviews from other platforms like facebook to the store, it allows product reviews and sharing those reviews on google and it also allows sending emails to collect reviews from customers.
Yusuf's support is spectacular, it responds quickly and always has solutions to certain problems. Helped implement product and store reviews. It also helped to import the reviews from my facebook clients so that it would appear in the shopify store.
