The app is fairly easy to use and has user friendly tools. The admin are responsive and the graphics are top notch.
Very well worth adding to your store.
Excellent service. Really easy for customer to use. Sends out a request for customer to review product and easy to manage. Customer service is excellent, they helped to add widget to my new theme store.

This app is great! It simplified the process by connecting directly to my store purchases and automatically sends review request emails, follow up emails which I have the ability to customize. Special shout out to Yusef for his timely responses and fast help.
An app is only as good as it's support. While the app itself from its UI to UX is very functional and meets our needs - its the support that makes it really shine. I use this app to get feedback and reviews from my customers, currently on the free plan, but you can upgrade. I find it super easy to set up and easy to send emails to customers asking for a review.
Great app and highly suggest you get it too!
UPDATE- I was having some issues with the Widget on my website and I requested some help and I have to say they were wonderful- Anna helped me with this and fixed the issue within a couple of hours.. communication was excellent! Thankyou

Excellent customer service. More features and flexibility than other review apps Ive looked into including being able to trigger review requests on shipment or delivery which is key for me. Didn't have to touch my liquid file either which was great - their team set me up for everything. Chat help is fast response time with clear communication.
