The app is really easy to use! Adding manual reviews is very easy and linking to Facebook is seamless! Yusuf was really incredible and added the code to my theme to allow my widget to work! Great Support ALL THE TIME from Yusuf!

I used them before switching my shop to Shopify so I was so happy to find out HelpfulCrowd launched a Shopify app recently. I was happy to switch from another reviews app (super easy to import) as I get way more premium features at a much more affordable cost. Customer service is top notch, quick response and easy access which is so important to me. It's definitely worth trying for your store. As a small biz owner who just launched my shop this year I am so grateful for great affordable apps like this that work! Update: just had to come back to say that since using this app the percentage of customers giving reviews has gone up! Much better than previous reviews app I was using.

Really recommend this app for Shopify users, honestly, I hardly write a review but this app exceeds my expectation. Amazing....!!!! this is the application that we have been waiting for. First, I'd like to say that customer service is amazing! Yusuf helped me with a few issues I had on my end and communicated with me throughout the entire process, which took hours to fix.
