I use this app for ratings and reviews of products from my website. I really like how how the review section looks unified with my layout and overall website design. I just recently launched my site, but even in this short time period, the customer service has been wonderful and their response time has been quick. I am glad I chose HelpfulCrowd!

Helpful Crowd is an app that provides amazing service and I'd argue that it has the best layout out for your product reviews. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Yusef, who I say is a "champion of the people". Because not only did he instinctively import all my amazon reviews for me, when I asked him if it was possible to do so in the first place, but he managed to save me hours of time and prevent me from getting any headaches.

I will continue to use Helpful Crowd in the future, due to it's efficient and simple to use features and because the service is top-class.

I use HelpfulCrowd for customer reviews and since the upgrade, for some reason my reviews had disappeared from my website. But, this kind man Yusuf really helped me out and was so patient with me! Yusuf is incredibly helpful in the support team, he has answered my queries in literally a few minutes. It's an unbelievable app when you consider it's free to use, love the functionality and the ability to have a FAQ section with the reviews!

After struggling to get help for a week from another app, I started looking and came across Helpful Product Reviews App and within minutes, I had live chat help from Yusuf, and am already collecting reviews. And it's a SUNDAY! SECOND REVIEW: ANOTHER FIVE STARS IN 2023. It is so rare to get on a chat and have your problem fixed so quickly. I don't know what I would do without Yusef and this app. It's the service that means everything and you get immediate assistance most of the time and if not immediate, almost immediate. I can't say enough about this app. It's also very easy to use as I am not "gifted" in technology lol but I can manage it and anything I get confused about, help is there.
