I was looking for a review app that would allow me to view reviews very specifically and I did research among 10 other apps. Finally, I chose this one from Helpfulcrowd and I definitely don't regret it. It offers not only a number of setting and display options but also other great marketing features. Support managers Yusuf and Anna promptly answered all my questions and helped me set up everything as I asked. I definitely recommend the app and company.

We have been using this app for couple years for our online shop on Ecwid platform, it's easy to use and helps to collect reviews from our customers without any special efforts. Now we are going to switch our shop to Shopify platform and we decided to continue to use this app there. Yusuf and Anna from support service helped us to import our reviews from one platform to another, which was really helpful!

We utilized this app in our previous online sales platform and were concerned we'd lose all reviews when making the transition to Shopify. Great app so far! The team proactively reached out when I wasn't even aware that something wasn't even working yet. In another instance I wanted to change something and contacted customer service. Yusuf responded immediately and adjusted it within seconds. Much recommended!
