I like this app. It is not as expensive as those top rated review app, but it works the same. The support response quickly, 10/10!
We love the feeding tumbler! The great way to give your dogs and cats some fun time in their life and challenge. Love also how you can change the hole size!
We pride ourselves on democratized technology... offering great value and giving every store the ability to grow from day one with a stack load of premium features you need to pay $$$$ for with other apps.

The app is doing well, and it really makes a difference in sales. When people see that you have real reviews they trust your brand and products more. Their customer support is also great

I'm writing this after being a user of this app for almost a month. Not only does it do reviews and questions and answers Yusuf helped me import several years of reviews that were not csv compatable. I changed themes and Yusuf came to the rescue again, getting HelpfulCroud laid out perfectly in my new theme. Even made the color of the stars match my theme. If you are using a cheap app for reviews. Get HelpfulCrowd so you don't have to worry about them anymore.

Yusuf was able to make the styling changes with the custom CSS editor, but keep a close eye in the app.
We're shortly releasing the new star icons and colour options feature so you can pick any colour under the rainbow and even different icons without needing to know any coding or CSS knowledge.

One of the best free review app available. With so many features and widgets available which other apps dont have even paid version but they have it for free. There customer service is phenomenal, best customer support ive seen so far specially yusuf, he listened to my continious request about setting up my store to my liking, he went beyond to help me out. Great app. We were using it on Wix, but this year we have decided to move to shopify. As we moved our shop, we were taking helpful crowd app with us too.
Yusuf from HelpfulCrowd was very helpful, while we were moving our reviews and adding widgets to the new store.
Fast response to requests and he has even offered his helped when he spotted that we have not display our widgets.

Apart from this app being so inclusive of everything you could possibly need in a review app, the customer serice has been outstanding. They practically set it up for me and then Yusuf made the design changes I wanted, making it a sure thing that I would recommend this app to anyone and everyone.
