The helpfulcrowd team are always quickly available for support, via live chat & email, making it so easy to use. I moved my website from a different ecom provider and Yusuf was so helpful - moving all my product reviews over for me. When you don't understand how to do something, he'll just do it for you! Also before I even decided to use helpfulcrowd on the new site, Anna provided all my old reviews as a download to make sure I wouldn't lose anything when closing my old store. I was on the free plan on my old store but will probably keep using helpfulcrowd and upgrade because their service has been good.

Downloaded it since it was the only only review app in the compatible with OS 2.0 section that offered a free option for sites just starting with limited sales. I initially liked the look on my current site so i kept it then switched to the dawn theme and it did have to be updated to the new theme but yusuf quickly helped me solve this transfer and i love the look of it on my site www.marraboutique.com . Has auto email templates for everything i needed as well no comprimises in my opinion!

The app is great and the customer service is stellar! I have never had a question or request that they don't address promptly with amazing results! This is not a forced review/bot review. I've had my online store since 2013 and I've never experience such topnotch service anywhere else but from this team, especially to YUSUF!!! :) I've been bombarding him for almost a week now and he has always been so kind and patient in answering all my inquiries, and was always willing to go the extra-mile to do app-related work for me.
