Helpfulcrowd review app provides all tools needed to encourage buyers to review your products. I have been using the app for 60 days. The folks at Helpfulcrowd offer great support and they have taken care of all my questions very quickly. Great app!

UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE + BEST APP!
If you're looking for the perfect review app, you're in the right place.
This is not a forced review/bot review. I've had my online store since 2013 and I've never experience such topnotch service anywhere else but from this team, especially to YUSUF!!! :) I've been bombarding him for almost a week now and he has always been so kind and patient in answering all my inquiries, and was always willing to go the extra-mile to do app-related work for me. I've tried countless review apps here on Shopify but have never found the perfect one to fit my needs until i found HelpfulCrowd. I swear, this is just too perfect! And worth every $! Thank you for making this app so useful and convenient to your users :)

We just migrated from Wix to Shopify and have been using Helpful Crowd for about two years. This team is amazing. Yusuf has always been so helpful. We had a whole new website designed so we had A LOT on our plate when it came to user friendliness and the look of the website. Yusuf, was able to transfer our reviews from our old website and helped us with the SKU's, he was able to help us add reviews in the recommended carrousel, our featured product of the month, and made it look super clean on both mobile and desktop version. The service is awesome. They are always there to help via chat. It was awesome to take a screenshot to help me with the set up my promotions with my positive reviews.

I had some problem with the set up, not caused by the app, but probably by some internal issue of my theme. Anna and the HelpfulCrowd crew, helped me from the beginning to now, step by step, everyday and all the time: h 24 week end included!!! UPDATE: I know that for all business owners it is very important to have an updated review info for an APP that we use. So I would like to give my 5 stars update info on this APP because for more than a year I have never had any issues. Yusuf and Anna are always there to help me enable another feature that comes up. And my conversion rate has risen a lot due to customers leaving reviews and photos. So, do not hesitate to download and trust it.
I use this app on three of my store www.maxifashion.bg www.maxifashion.gr and www.cocheti.ro and everything so far if absolutely stunning. I had a great support when needed and they even added Bulgarian language to my Bulgarian store. 5 stars to HelpfulCrowd are minimum of what they deserve.
