Yusuf is crazy fast and i didn't expect any one working at this time (10:00pm PST) but he is not only response fast but also super experiential and patient.
Anna promptly responded and assisted me with my request. This app is easy to use and a great tool to include on your site to display customer reviews. It helps with social proof!

Excellent support system with beneficial features
The name says it all.. they are all really a super and “HelpfulCrowd” I’m happy with the service they are quick to answer all of my questions and was really patient and got everything all squared away! I highly recommend this service

I tested a lot of review applications and This is by far the best. The free plan provides all the features that I need (especially the social networks integration). The paid plan is interesting for big stores which have a lot of orders. The customer service responds very quickly and is very helpful. Hope to switch on the paid plan very soon.
