I used them before switching my shop to Shopify so I was so happy to find out HelpfulCrowd launched a Shopify app recently. I was happy to switch from another reviews app (super easy to import) as I get way more premium features at a much more affordable cost. Customer service is top notch, quick response and easy access which is so important to me. It's definitely worth trying for your store. As a small biz owner who just launched my shop this year I am so grateful for great affordable apps like this that work! Update: just had to come back to say that since using this app the percentage of customers giving reviews has gone up! Much better than previous reviews app I was using.

THe customer service was outstanding. Had an issue setting the app on my premium theme and they fixed it quickly. Have plenty of apps, but this is the first one I reviewed because of their service.
