Of all the apps I have added to enhance my Shopify website, this one has proven to be the most useful. The customer service is consistently very prompt and has ALWAYS resolved any issue I might be having. Yusuf helped me today, but every person I have dealt with provides the same high level of service! I have to manually import reviews from Etsy (my other shop), as Etsy "owns" any content on their platform. It takes some work, but this has worked great to build my Shopify website presence. I would HIGHLY recommend HelpfulCrowd. Thank you!

You can easily collect reviews & questions from customers, which both are getting displayed in an extremely good-looking way right under the product. Also, the design is highly adjustable for your own personal preferences.
The interface of the app is super smooth, you are getting guided through the whole process of setting-up your reviews, so you really don't have to be an expert here!
There is also a free plan available, which includes a ton of features, so that is also extremely accommodating on HelpfulCrowd's part.
Another absolute highlight is the customer service, which goes above & beyond to help you with every single issue you're experiencing, until a solution has been found.

I tolk with Helpfulcrowd, they help me today, but seid me I don´t have a subscription with those. They said me Shopify charge me the $10 in my invoice and they didnt know that..
Now, I will mail to Shopify to correct o refound the payments without app..

NO OTHER review app allows you to use your own custom FONT, as far I have researched. The customer service of Helpful Crowd live up to their name - they themselves are very HELPFUL in setting up the app. Very happy with Helpful Crowd! I can recommend it! :)
