It works properly on every click but your store will look suspicious. Tab shows - someone purchased :))) not mentioning names. Your store will look like one from far east.

Actually, it is possible to include customer names in the sales pop-ups. You can easily customize the text displayed by following these steps:

Head over to the admin panel of your store.
1. Click on the "Settings" tab.
2. Scroll down to "General Settings."
3. Edit the text so that it includes the dynamic text: "{{customer.first_name}}".
By including this dynamic text, the customer's name will be shown if it has been provided. This way, you can create a more personalized experience for your customers.

This app has broken my website. I need help to fix it. Broken HMTL. After pressing Enable. Not good at all :-(

that's technically impossible.

The app does not inject any theme code or HTML.
It does not even have access to your themes (you can check the permissions list upon install).
A simple check is to see your theme changes through the history docs.
You won't see any change made by the app - as there are none.
