Videowise Shoppable Video UGC

We're having a great experience with Videowise! The support team is fantastic, and Luiz assisted us promptly and efficiently.

It is a great way to play videos and keep people engaged as shoppers. Video is king and VideoWise gives you the keys to the kingdom. Their great staff are always at the ready to be helpful. I recommend the level of service where they help set up the videos and thumbnails.

This app has been so useful for us in growing sales and learning exactly what approaches our customers respond well to. The videos do not slow our site down whatsoever, and are extremely easy to add to product pages to instantly boost customer engagement. The shoppable video feature has no doubt increased conversion, being able to see a use case video of the product directly from each page is such an effective tool. Very intuitive interface makes it easy for anyone to learn.
Kotryna has been awesome in coaching us through setup, giving advice as to what other tools we could use (SO many useful videowise tools to explore), and is always responsive and excited to see positive progress. Could not be more happy with Videowise!

Videowise provides the missing piece to our puzzle! We know how impactful videos are in selling our organizational stationery goods, but our site was getting bogged down by embedded Youtube links. The dashboard is very intuitive...and when we've gotten stuck, their response rate was super fast...and of course, they replied with a VIDEO to support their reply. Rich, Liana & Jide each take the time to get to know OUR brand and OUR hurdles and then offer suggestions & solutions how Videowise can help foster growth. There's so few who make you feel like they actually care about how well our site performs after integrating their product. Videowise is an exception! They care! I love my partnership with Videowise because it feels like a true partnership where they care about my hurdles. In a world of "out-of-the-box-one-size-fits-all" solutions, Videowise has set themselves apart by showing how much pride they take in seeing my brand benefit from their product. Since day 1 the VideoWise team has been super helpful and responsive. Liana and Jide did an awesome job at immediately helping our brand place videos in the spots where we wanted it on our website and making impact. VideoWise app is a must-have for any e-commerce business looking to drive sales and engagement through video content. They are constantly innovating and adding new features, while at the same time fixing any issues that might be happening to existing capabilities. The team is very responsive to feedback and is happy to provide solutions and ideas.

Installing and implementing a plethora of video widgest on your website is pretty easy and intuitive, and you can even bulk publish a bunch of videos, but that depends on your store and the type of content you'll be sharing.

Some of the features could be improved on (like analytics dashboard), but no app is perfect and this one is very close to it.

Overall, I highly recommend VideoWise for your on-site video marketing and education efforts.
