Videowise Shoppable Video UGC

Videowise has been incredibly easy to use, and the onboarding experience along with the ongoing strategy and support from Carlos has been top notch. The platform has made it simple to integrate video into the customer experience and drive engagement. The only improvement I’d suggest is adding the ability for comments to flow directly into the Videowise dashboard so live hosts can see them in real time.

We've been properly using Videowise for a few months now and it's been a great addition to our website. We have strong video content on socials which we've now been able to bring over to our website and integrate easily. The platform is extremely easy to use and any time we've had any issues/questions Anastasia has been amazing with responding quickly and helping us out whilst also providing valuable recommendations to optimise our widgets.

Fantastic tool that really offers added value for customers and easily improves conversion rate. Our CS Manager, Tijana has been a super star in helping us make the most of the different widgets and is always happy to help when we get stuck too. Highly recommend!

Videowise is such a fantastic app and has elevated our site as well as lead to direct sales. Its really flexible - we use various widgets all across our site and offline for email content etc. We love the product integration and using videos in our pdp has been very impactful. Analytics and tracking are great too. The support offered is incredible-our account manager Katarina is really knowledgeable, helpful and super responsive when we need help or when we want to discuss how we can get even more out of the app.
