Love this app and the Videowise team! We’ve been using Videowise on our Shopify store and it’s been such a great addition. It’s extremely user-friendly and was super easy to set up and start using right away. It makes it simple to showcase our products, testimonials, and UGC videos in a clean, engaging way - and we love the shoppable video features that really help boost overall user experience on our site.

Their support team has been incredible! Johanna has been amazing to work with - super friendly, quick to respond, and always willing to jump in to help us optimize, and make recommendations so we can make the most of all the features.

The setup was quick and intuitive, the platform has made it incredibly easy to integrate video content throughout our store, and the service from Anastasia has been top notch. From product demos to UGC and testimonials, everything looks clean and interactive. The shoppable video tools are a huge plus and have noticeably elevated the browsing experience for our customers. 5/5

So easy to use! Videowise is user-friendly and couldn't be more simple to understand. Adding UGC video has been extremely helpful for our customers and it takes no time at all to upload and tag it. If I ever do have a question, Carlos is there whenever I need him. Couldn't ask for a better program or customer service rep!

Videowise has been incredibly easy to use, and the onboarding experience along with the ongoing strategy and support from Carlos has been top notch. The platform has made it simple to integrate video into the customer experience and drive engagement. The only improvement I’d suggest is adding the ability for comments to flow directly into the Videowise dashboard so live hosts can see them in real time.

Fantastico! App bom demais! O app é muito facil de usar, tem muitas funcionalidades, é muito pratico de subir videos, trazer os videos das redes sociais, realmente incrivel a experiencia. Mas realmente preciso dar destaque para o atendimento: (destaque para o consultor Carlos) Suporte sem igual! Oferece um atendimento que acolhe, fazendo o cliente estar muito bem amparado para qualquer situação que precisar. Foi necessário traduzir algumas coisas no app devido a nossa loja ser no Brasil e eles ofereceram todo suporte, modificaram exatamente como precisamos. O Carlos nos acompanhou nas lives, deu sugestões, colocou a mão na massa e implantou e configurou o app, sem precisarmos nos preocupar. Enfim, sem palavras. Excelente!

Was with Tolstoy before , they kept over charging me for services I didnt even need, they really abused their customers.
