Videowise Shoppable Video UGC

After learning of videowise and doing the necessary research, I decided we've got to give it a go. Customers discover us from the videos used in Facebook ads, so it makes sense to use them and other UGC to showcase products on our website. Other reviewers confirming it didn't slow the site gave comfort it could solve the issue that prevented Shopify stores from using a lot of video. Videowise's shoppable functionality was the kicker that got me over the line.
We've only been using Videowise for a few days. It's showing signs of being a great addition. Knowing the tech works effectively and the UX is great makes me think there's an opportunity for early adopters. It will be interesting to see how it affects CRO; that's the priority. The dashboard does an excellent job of helping you to assess performance. They've made a considerable effort to provide helpful analytics so you know your numbers. The onboarding has been brilliant, and the whole process of working with Eugen has been really positive. Having a dedicated CS rep makes it so much easier, I wouldn't like to take on this project alone.
I look forward to continuing to build out our library and testing video placements. I'm excited about what we can do with the tech.

We have been using Videowise for some time now and have been very pleased with the platform. The shoppable video features have been especially valuable, and the ability to seamlessly link and embed videos wherever needed has made implementation incredibly efficient for our team. We have also utilized the Live feature in the past, which made streaming across multiple platforms simple and effective.

This is not another app without support- VideoWise actually cares to improve conversion and site engagement and act as a true partner to Skullcandy. The VideoWise app and thier products have the right level of customization and content types to easily match our storefront video content needs. We rarely need dev support and when we do its a 5 minute update, not days of work with new page templates:) The admin is easy to use, we will continue improving our site with VideoWise!

We've had a great experience with Videowise, its let us utilize video way more on our site than we ever have in the past. Our fear was that video would slow down our site speed, but we haven't seen any issues now that we are hosting videos on the Videowise platform. We've also found some new wins with our shopable vidoes on the PDP - overall the app has been great for Legends, and we will continue to test it in new ways.
