We love this app so much! Our shop is a gifting business, and our customers love that they can send a very personal message that the recipient can receive after they get the gift. It really is such a nice touch, and it lets us have another "branding moment" with the gift recipient, which is great for us! Our customers say it is super easy to use, and I love how simple it is to integrate it into our store, and to change the branding, layout, and colors of the app on our checkout page. The team that has developed this app is also truly amazing! They are super responsive and have already taken a lot of our feedback and made it happen. I think this app is amazing, and is on track to become even more amazing in the future as the developers create more and more functionality. Thanks VideoGreet team for an amazing app!

The team at VidDay is amazing! They were super helpful with the set up process, always checking in and making sure that the app is working on the website. They helped with customising the position of button at checkout and ensuring the format of QR code matched our requirements. The app works well on the website, very simple and easy to add. Great option for the customers to add a personalised gift message, yet to see how popular it is amongst shoppers. Hope to see more customisation options in the future!

Customer servicer is VIP! I couldn't do something and within hours of sending the email, it was resolved. Then they followed up with ideas on how to market my product and ways to help spread the word. Can't wait what our customers think about this nice, friendly and cute gifting experience. Absolutely awesome experience. I've had incredible support and they have a fantastic roadmap too. I've tried a couple of these apps on Shopify but I really think that VideoGreet has the best options, easiest setup and without a doubt THE BEST support. Highly recommended. 100 stars. Thanks a lot!
