The app is performing well! We have it set on Auto to make the videos and install them on the item page everyday. So far so good. The videos are very professional in style and we have them with the music background. Overall, very impressed with the simplicity of set up and the auto function we are using at this time. We recommend the app.
Subscribed, and it still won't work in Shopify, and the help chat does not work.

why would you give video if you cant download them and use them
So far, I'm impressed! I downloaded the app, and immediately had lots of product videos to choose from. I chose the FREE version for now, have already pushed a video to my Shopify store, and it's exciting to see it there! There is a tiny learning curve, but not an issue.
