Very kind and helpful. I have some issues with the gift card listing and how it is showing up on our product page but they always fix it quickly.

We have installed it and ran some tests. Needed CS to assist on simple customization and they have been very helpful and response were very prompt. Good job to Liam and Jack, appreciate that!

The Vify team has been excellent to work with. Their customer service is great, including their response time for inquiries. We are successfully up-and-running using their app, and sales are rolling in.

Awful. A total 'Bait and Switch' scheme. My trial period enabled me to generate as many discounts as I wanted, hassle free. The day that I paid for a subscription, they required that you go through an unorganized and overcomplicated process to generate codes. Customer support is all over the place. There are better options, please explore further.
