The app is exactly what we need at this time. Because of my mistake I had some challenges getting the app to sync with Shopify. I chatted with Beatrix from support, and she quidded me through all the steps I needed to fix my mistakes. She was very patient and understanding, and the issue was solved. Being the app is free, didn't change their commitment to their clients. You can't say that for many of the paid app's on Shopify.

Shoutout to Liam from customer service for his responsive and helpful assistance during my initial installation process and troubleshooting unexpected problems between my Shopify theme and their plugin. Highly recommended!
