This app was slightly confusing to get started. however their tech support was amazing and patient with me and beyond helpful.

I have used a lot of APPS and I rarely leave a review. But in this case i am leaving one because the app is an excellent for offering gift cards on your site. It has everything you need. The chat response is very quick and they are very patient to understand your issue if any. Price is also Great as opposed to the others I checked. They dont have a Thousands of reviews but I foresee them gaining quick.

Wow! Honestly a great app! I am so excited to be able to promote our gift card program in this way. I just installed this app & reached out to support with some questions. Jack got back to me immediately!! He did what I was asking for, for me! Answered 1,000 more questions I had, pointed out ideas, the customization features, etc. I'm very impressed with any organization that shows this level of customer care & experience. Bravo! I had the problem that the gift card were displayed twice in the product. Through a chat with Liam, the problem was solved by him within a few minutes. Great service for a free app.

What a great app - and it's free! It makes up for the lack of features (and inability for a customer to send a gift card to the recipient) in the native Shopify gift cards. Easy to setup and chock full of handy features. I haven't had to contact customer support as the app has worked perfectly. All pros and no cons with this gift card app!

My site isn't live yet so can't comment on the customer side of things. But, this app is so easy to use and to set up. A must have for all stores wanting to use eGift cards for any reason. Will update this review when. My site goes live
