I really love being able to customize my packing slips with this app. It's very easy to use, and much easier to customize than shopify and their coding stuff. The customer support is also very quick to reply and fix any problems yu may have! I do wish it was a bit cheaper for someone who only uses this for packing slips, but over all I love it. It would also be nice to be able to click orders in bulk past one page at a time (maximum of 50), but thats ok! Still amazing.

We've just recently installed this app. Setup was straightforward and we sent out our first invoice immediately. We were in touch with support to find out how to handle VAT/sales tax in different countries. It turned out that we needed to setup taxes for different countries directly in Shopify. The responses came quickly and now everything seems to be working well. Very useful app!

Value for money. Great app and easy to use. Been using for quite some time especially for our customers and especially for our corporate orders, fast access to get an invoice. Latest chat to adjust some things on the invoice, Thanks to Jack, fast and efficient in handling the enquiries.
I am new to the app - but the first thoughts it will do exactly what I need and the support is great. I have spent time asking lots of questions and all of them had an answer which makes my life so much easier - no more manual invoices! I am so pleased and it will save me so much time. Trang in support is great.
